Salon and Spa Manager Sharon McKee joins Studio M Salon and Spa with over 20 years in the beauty and wellness industry.
She began her journey studying art and realized make-up is “painting” and art on the body. Since that time, she has been leading the way in the make up, skin care and hair industry. Over the years she has worked with brands like Shiseido and Chanel.
While owning her own successful day spa in Washington, D.C., she continued to follow her passion for make up. As the owner, her make up talent took her to the steps of the capitol doing make up for special events and television appearances for Senators, CEO’s and celebrities. Clients included Tipper Gore, Elizabeth Edwards, Actress Patricia Heaton and many others.
Sharon says, “Palm Springs has long been known as a center for wellness and beauty on the West Coast. I’m excited to be a part of this community and bring my energy to the already successful team at Studio M.”
Community is part of everything Sharon does. For example, at her salon in D.C., she and her salon team raised over $48,000 in an annual breast cancer walk. She also worked on the board for Second Chance Employment and donated time doing make up for the Legacy Foundation commercials.
