Taking care of your skin is important at any age, but it’s especially important once you hit your 30’s. 1. Before you can start any skincare routine, you need to know what you’re working with. It’s best to seek professional advice and determine exactly what kind of skin you have. Do you have normal, dry, oily or combination skin? Are you dealing with a skin condition? Is your skin sensitive or acne prone? Do you have eczema or rosacea? 2. A good skincare routine starts with clean skin. Make sure you always start with clean skin and always remember to use SPF in the morning, regardless of weather conditions.
